We use 26 state-of-the-art CNC processing machines (mostly by DMG Mori) for our services. Our perfectly curated CAM system, which is able to convert the CAD data for our machining centres as early as the preparation phase, ensures that the manufacturing process runs smoothly.

Through the optimised CNC controlling of our plants (Heidenhain), we are able to offer highly automated manufacturing processes.

As part of our contract manufacturing services, we also offer additional services such as developing parts and surface treatments. We come well-equipped with ample experience in all manufacturing issues enabling us to support our customers and respond flexibly to change requests and deadlines.

 

CNC turning

When CNC turning, we are able to manufacture highly complex components with up to nine axes.

Our lathes equipment machines materials such as aluminium, stainless steels, titanium alloys and plastics. The CNC lathes are equipped with bar feeders, driven tools and various standardised devices.

We manufacture individual turned parts as well as parts for small batch production:

Machining area:

  • Diameter: 3 bis 350 mm
  • Component length: bis 800 mm

  • Lathes with 2 to 9 axes

Diameter of bar-parts size:

  • At least 3 mm
  • Maximum 80 mm

Diameter of chuck-parts size:

CNC milling

With the help of our 4-axis and 5-axis machining centres, we are able to take complex drilling, milling and threading operations off your hands. Regardless of whether we are dealing with an individual part or small to medium batch sizes. In order to be able to meet increasing quality demands, we continuously invest in the latest production technologies. As such, we regularly update and expand the CAM system. Simultaneous milling technology on our 5-axis machines allows us to create a variety of shapes and surfaces - as such, we produce components for the aerospace, vacuum and medical industries, for example.
