Advanced Materials ultrasonic milling

In ultrasonic milling at Advanced Materials we manufacture preliminary products for the chip industry. We are significantly expanding this area in this project with seven new machining centers and the associated working environment. This project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
REACT EU

Project title: "3D printing - the road to the future".

Projectnumber: 1.000.052.712

This is where the first 3D metal printing system (EOS M 290) is built at the Haselbach site. It enables the direct production of metallic components from CAD data from a wide variety of powder alloys. This will add a future-oriented technology to the existing production facilities. This project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

Project title: "Tool technology - turning and milling (hinge) point of an innovative production".

Projectnumber: 1.000.051.604

This is where we further develop our products and diversify them. We are acquiring two new machining centres (DMC 1450 V, US 650 V) for machining demanding materials (such as glass and ceramics) and the associated special tools and tool management. This project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

Project title: "Extension of ultrasonic milling technology".

Projectnumber: 1.000.057.123

By purchasing two new machining centres, we are expanding our production capacity in the area of ultrasonic machining of Advanced Material. This project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
